TERRY WATSON

Terry (or Tez) is an autistic artist working in Brighton, UK. He is an illustrator and digital designer (BA Hons Uni of Brighton) and has been working with Level 3 since 2021. He has been a key participant in the founding of the Level 3 festival and is the sole graphic designer for all festival PR. Since working with Level 3, Terry has been independantly awarded 3 arts council grants which has allowed him to create his own game ('Treasure is Nigh...') and design and host immersive arts workshops for autistic and neurodivergent participants. Terry now exclusively works as a self employed artist, all of his income coming from his work.

DAN LAND

Dan has been working with Level 3 since 2022. When we met him he had been writing the same story for the last 25 years and looking for support to turn it into a video game. The story, named 'PSIONICAVATOR' focuses on his experience as a disabled child going to school, but uses his passion for myths, theology and politics to tell his story through a science-fiction epic in which a boy with magical powers is having to explore a mysertious and dark new school and comes face to face with villains like the evil writing master!

Since meeting Dan, we were able to get funding to support him in making a prototype for 'Psionicavator' and provide him with mentoring to up his skills in immersive technology. Now, Dan uses Unity, 3D Modeling, and Co-pilot in his own time and has begun teaching his friends how to create their own games. We are currently in search of new funds to continue supporting Dan to finish 'PSIONICAVATOR'.
